This VC 2013 requirement has been removed somewhere in December 2022. All installers created after that date don't need anything extra.
It is required for maybe 50-100 releases from 2020-2022 era, only the ones with "Credits to Razor12911" note.
It turns out some of my releases, mainly those with extra note “Credits to Razor12911” require “Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 64bit” to be installed. Without it installer will not work properly. You can get it from many sources, just one example link:
